Free in Charleston this weekend - The dates have changed from original post.

Always FREE is the Friday afternoon dress parade at The Citadel.  The Cadets march to the tunes of The Citadel Regimental Band as they perform The National Anthem and exits the field playing Oh When the Saints go Marching Home

Always FREE is the ability to search for unique door knockers located downtown Charleston.  Watch the video and see how many you can find.

Another thing that always free, is to tour the many old cemetaries in downtown Charleston.

The USS Yorktown in Charleston, SC was open for tour for FREE in January 2010 !! Sorry, that one has come and gone.

I went and got the pictures for ya... the USS YORKTOWN is awesome.  It's still open, but there is a admission fee.
